About Me

My Why…

Anxiety was a part of my life for many years, but in 2020 I knew something had to change. I’d tried different types of therapy, but nothing had truly shifted things — until I found hypnotherapy.

In 2019, my husband passed away at just 30 years old after being diagnosed with brain cancer. Grief hit hard, and anxiety quickly took over. I became fixated on my own health and that of my loved ones, constantly checking for symptoms and convinced something had been missed by my GP. It was exhausting and all-consuming.

Eventually, I was diagnosed with health anxiety. A family member suggested hypnotherapy, and I decided to give it a go. Within a few months of working with a hypnotherapist, the obsessive thoughts eased, and I finally felt like myself again.

Hypnotherapy didn’t just help me manage anxiety — it gave me the understanding and tools I needed to move forward. Having worked in the care sector for many years, I’ve always felt drawn to supporting others. After my own transformation, I trained with CPHT (The Clifton Practice) to become a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist.

Now, I feel incredibly lucky to help others make positive, lasting changes in their own lives.

When I’m not practicing hypnotherapy, you’ll find me walking with my dog, spending time with my son, or soaking up the sunshine with good food, music, and friends.
